When we set out to achieve our goals, we often find that there are certain limiting beliefs (i.e. procrastination, inaction), cravings that kick us off our healthy eating plan (chocolate, chips, soda, wine, smoking)... What would it mean to you to be able to let go of the behaviours that are either harming you or restricting you from the freedom and happiness you were born to enjoy? Please be aware, this cannot cure addiction. What you experience here is a reinforcement of support for when your willpower runs flat. But goodness, what a difference it makes to not be a prisoner to cravings and destructive behaviour.
